Back Durin' Hard Times, Foodlore from the Great Depression, written by Jaine (Aunt Sarah Jane) Treadwell started approx 1995. This is an unpublished recipe collection (textural work), author signed. When given the choice to publish under terms she did not agree with - the publisher wanted her to lose the stories and change the "country" wording - Jaine (Jane) Treadwell declined, registered her work to protect intellectual property.
